FUNCTION
Closed, reversible entrance matting for interior application and covered areas, to a recessed matwell.

COMPOSITION
The Topguard matting system is assembled using rubber strips with integrated nylon fibres, separated by aluminium interspacers (also available with brass or pvc extruded interspacers, ask for details).

The matting is connected together by electron wires. Nylon fibres give the mat it's cleaning power on both sides.

Gradus - Topguard matting can be manufactured in modules with a maximum width of 3 metres and a maximum walklength of 650mm, however, it is recommended for ease of handling that the maximum length should be 2 metres long. When all sections combined this gives the appearance of one mat.

DIFFERENT TYPES
We also have a range of Topguard matting with pvc or brass interspacers, double sections of flocked rubber with a selection of coloured fibres. Matting can also be supplied in a semi-open version.

The Topguard matting system is available in 18mm (aluminium/pvc/brass) and 12mm (aluminium/pvc).

EFFICIENCY
The Topguard mat scrapes and cleans footwear. The mat has a special construction which allows dirt to be trapped in the aluminium interspacers below the walking surface for ease of maintenance, this prevents dirt from tracking into buildings. The nylon fibres absorb footborne moisture instantly.

Both sides are identical, therefore the mat is reversible, this doubles the lifetime of the matting system.

The Topguard is anti-slip and safe for high heeled shoes, wheelchairs and shopping trolleys. The Topguard matting system is ideal for entrances with heavy traffic.
